CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Charania brings with him extensive leadership experience as the CEO of American Fueling Systems. Mr. Charania has in depth
knowledge of business management, strategic planning, finance, and sales and has used this knowledge to raise over $120 million
dollars for new ventures throughout his career. His extensive knowledge of the fueling industry comes from his investments in a
number of fueling stations along with his many advisory roles to fuel delivery servicers. He has managed large executive teams and
worked alongside multiple stakeholders including, investors, large clients and vendors in order to align the global vision behind the venture. Over the past 6 years Mr. Charania has been President of CGC Global, an investment and advisory group which advised on
and participated in the acquisition, development or sale of over $12 million in fueling stations along with other asset classes. Before that he has helped raise revenues and increased investor returns at BCIR and Millennium Group of Partners by delivering efficient operations and requiring a strong focus on shareholder value by his entire organization. He has proven results in the fields of private
equity investments, business advisory, and real estate. Through his investments and business networks in the fuel sales industry, Mr. Charania saw a glaring need for cheaper and cleaner fuel in transportation; with that in mind he organized and formed American Fueling Systems. Mr. Charania's in-depth experience in creating and managing ventures which produce profitable returns for the investors and customers, alike, will be a great asset in leading American Fueling Systems to the future.
JORGE A.MAROTO
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As COO of American Fueling Systems, Mr. Maroto brings a broad range of executive experience including proven successes in
business development, product development, general management, business operations, and strategy. Mr. Maroto has a demonstrated
record of success in increasing revenue, reducing operational costs, and establishing high value channel partners. His experience in
strategic solution new business development targeted at Fortune 500 and mid-sized firms; coupled with his passion for sustainability, will drive future American Fueling Systems revenue.
Prior to joining American Fueling Systems, Mr. Maroto served as President and CEO of Superior Data Center Consolidations (SD2C)
where he successfully expanded over $12 million in revenues by focusing on strategic direction, sales, and operations.
Additionally, he developed channel programs with IBM, Oracle, HP, VMware, and several tier I, II, and III firms. Mr. Maroto led sustainability programs as an EPA climate leader through the GSA federal supplier greenhouse gas emissions program resulting in the reduction of global environmental greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
Prior to joining American Fueling Systems, Mr. Maroto also served as President and CEO of the Maroto Management Group (MMG) where he delivered strategic technology solutions to the healthcare, financial, and technology market verticals. Mr. Maroto realized
year over year double digit annual sales growth through the organization and implementation of creative solution selling strategies.
Prior to these engagements, Mr. Maroto served as Program Manager for McKesson Corporation, the largest healthcare company in
the world. Mr. Maroto focused on transforming the firm's technology and data center platform where he reduced over $114 million in
operational costs and managed more than $59 million in capital budget dollars. Mr. Maroto also previously served in a key leadership role at UMC WB Corporation as Managing Director where he led the firm's global division and managed the security product portfolio.
In addition, Mr. Maroto led new business development for his P&L which resulted in increased revenues from $0 to $5
million.
