Company Summary

American Piping Group, Inc. was founded in 1995. Our focus has always been geared toward industrial construction. Initially, we solely performed piping, steel erection, and equipment setting field operations managed from an office in Bettendorf, Iowa.

In 1998 we opened our Eldridge fabrication facility, moving our offices to the Eldridge site in 1999. Our fabrication facility enabled us to add structural steel fabrication and erection to the services we perform.

We expanded our Eldridge facility in 2005, adding 12,000 SF to our fabrication area. With this expansion we were able to expand our pipe and steel fabrication operations.

Vegter Steel Fabrication, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Piping Group, Inc. was opened in 2008. VSF is an 18,000 SF fully automated facility dedicated to structural steel fabrication.
