Anadarko Industries, L.L.C.

Anadarko Industries, LLC (AI) is a Native American, Tribal owned, 8(a) certified, small disadvantaged business. The Wichita and Affiliated Tribes are developing AI as the cornerstone of an economic development plan. This plan will provide college educations for tribal members and rebuild the economic foundations of the communities. The strategy for the success of AI is one of building long-term partnerships with the best companies and providing solid delivery capabilities.

* Tom Short (President / CEO): 40 years with NASA. Owned Johnson Engineering, which at the time was the largest small business at JSC (growing from 150 to 800 employees). Received his law degree from Notre Dame; USAF Officer and pilot; began his aerospace career with RCA in 1960; held management positions on the Apollo and Space Shuttle Programs.

* Kenn Hall (Vice President Business Management): 12 years with NASA. Managed the JSC Space Vehicle Mockup Facility for astronaut training; Rice University MBA; business process consulting manager at Ernst and Young.

* Nicholas Morgan (Finance Manager): over seventeen years of diversified experience in accounting, finance, accounting and financial systems with Bachelors of Science in Accounting and CPA in State of Texas.

AI is in the process of establishing mentor-protégé agreements with government prime contractors what are committed to helping new 8(a) companies become successful suppliers to the federal government. This agreement is a "win-win" for the two companies because:



* AI fills the SDB goals on the mentor's existing contracts and gains needed experience and past performance

* AI provides the mentor teaming opportunities to bid on 8(a) work that they would not be able to bid otherwise
