Beneteau and its network of dealers are enrolled in the National Marine Manufacturers Association CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) program. The program was established to support the industry's goal of raising the bar on customer satisfaction.

Each year the NMMA awards participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. Award recipients achieve and maintaine an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past year and participating manufacturers are required to survey all new boat buyers during this period. For the last 5 consecutive years Beneteau has received this recognition.
