Benjamin S. Pariser is the founding principal of BP? Squared LLC and brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate, construction and development fields to each project. Benjamin began working in the construction industry at a young age and built his first house prior to graduating high school. Immediately following graduation from the University of Florida, Benjamin began perfecting his knowledge and craft in development and construction by mastering each trade in the field, to managing teams of subcontractors, and eventually negotiating acquisitions, contracts and coordinating the build-out of multi-million dollar developments.

Benjamin has developed and constructed single-family & multi-family master planned communities, commercial, retail, office, hotels and private utility projects. This work has spanned 4 states and 12 municipalities.

In 2010, Benjamin created BP? Squared LLC, out of the market demand for knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate services that focus on the development and construction of an asset as efficiently as possible. Since inception, BP? Squared has worked on a wide array of projects for municipalities, financial institutions, receiverships, investment firms, private developers and home builders.
