My "PATENT PENDING" design includes bilateral vertical side vents. These vents are large enough to allow a Foley catheter to slip through. The Foley catheter can then hook onto the bottom of the vent. The patient can now ambulate hands free. When in bed the Foley can be attached safely to the patient's bed. While the pants protect the patient's privacy and dignity, the vents allow easy access to the Foley for medical personnel.
