From the start, we were involved in Program Management Consultant services by serving on the Austin Clean Water Program, a $400 million program that addressed the EPA's Administrative Order to eliminate all sanitary sewer overflows. (In 2009 this program was named the 8th largest infrastructure project in the world in the last 75 years.).
