City Year Detroit is dedicated to improving educational outcomes for low-income students in Metro Detroit. City Year Detroit partners with the Detroit Public Schools, the Education Achievement Authority, and the Harper Woods School District to serve in 11 of the regionâÂ?Â?s lowest-performing schools, where corps members support more than 4,000 students, helping them stay in school and on track to high school graduation.
