We are a medical billing company dedicated exclusively to clinical research sites. We work with clinical research sites to ensure that all the work they are doing is invoiced and collected.

We manage your clinical trial management system (Clinical Conductor, Allegro, Study Manager, or Real-Time) and access the information for billing. We invoice sponsors/CROs on the site's behalf and follow-up until the site is paid.

When a study is closing, we run financial audits on studies, independent of a CTMS, to ensure the site was paid in full. We visit the site to reconcile procedures, visits, extras and payments.

It helps to make sure extras are included in the budget. We therefore work with sites to negotiate budgets and clinical trial agreements to include budget items for extra procedures.

Our objective is to get the sites paid for the work they do.
