Company Summary

We are a fully integrated casework manufacturer. We design our work to maximize the number of cabinets generated by our Planit-Cabnetware software. This software generates G-Code for our CNC PTP Masterwood Project 317. We send the batched parts from Cabnetware through Cut-Rite to optimize material requirements before forwarding to our Holzma CNC Beam Saw which precision cuts parts and prints bar-coded labels that are in turn used to call up the correct machining code at our PTP. The more complicated casework items are drawn in Autocad. Complex parts are then exported to the PTP along with internally generated code. We also have an Holz Her Sprint 1416 Edgebander that can apply 3MM PVC and 3/8" thick wood. Our Holz Her Accord can also do up to ¾" thick wood and had profile, cut, sand, and a buff station. We have a small Sprint 1405 dedicated to banding ½ mm material and a model HPJ-7 Accu-Systems horizontal bore/dowel machine that precisely locates dowels in the horizontal panels/rails of our cabinets.
