After 35+ years in the real estate industry, Helen Epps founded Community National Title in 2013 when she acquired the assets of an existing title company, re-branded, and re-structured the staff. As a full service, independent title agent, we own and operate our own title plant (licensed directly in Bexar, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Fort Bend, Harris, Johnson, Kaufman, Montgomery, Parker, Rockwall, Tarrant, and Travis counties), giving us full control of turn-times on research, title work, curative work, and issuing title policies. We currently have 2 locations in Dallas/Fort Worth and 1 location in Austin and will be re-opening the Houston market in the first quarter of 2015. Our team has over 120 years of combined experience on any type of real estate transaction, from first time homebuyers to luxury estates, apartment complexes to schools to shopping centers, even the title work done on Cowboys Stadium in Arlington. Our culture is based on relationship and customer service. We are available 24/7 and use all of our resources to streamline the process and make it as easy and convenient as possible for our clients.
