Company History
CTL was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1989 as a personal computer manufacturer by David Kim, a Portland State University student and ex-engineer. After over 20 years in business, CTL has grown to an international company that designs and manufactures computer products including desktop and mobile workstations, LED Monitors, and high performance servers. CTL also manufacturers specialty devices including ruggedized tablets and slates.

CTL is positioned uniquely to offer the personalized customer service of a small company, yet we're large enough to handle orders from large institutions, and conduct business all over the world. Our decades of experience and numerous industry awards mean we're a company you can trust to exceed your expectations.
