We are factory representatives for numerous major manufacturers such as Lennox, Trane, York, Carrier, Liebert, and Seasons 4..



Our Service Division is well versed in the administration of building automation systems such as Tracer Summit, Trane Tracker, Johnson Metasys, Carrier Comfort Systems and Novar, to name a few. Our service technicians are trained and able to handle computer room systems, conventional rooftop and split heating and air conditioning equipment, oil and gas fired hydronic heating systems, chilled water systems, cooling towers, as well as custom specialty units used in the manufacturing and research markets. Our fleet is comprised of 27 service vehicles incorporating the latest in communication and business information systems to ensure our promptness in handling all service calls immediately.



The use of strategically placed parts houses and the utilization of universal replacement components as part of our truck inventory, also contributes to the completion of most service calls within two hours.



Our Mechanical Division is equipped to handle all types of engineering and installation projects. Some of our specialties include the installation of all types and tonnages of HVAC equipment, building renovations, pharmaceutical clean rooms, research laboratories, computer room installations, chillers and a full line of ductwork installations and modifications.
