FCN announces it is now a Department of Homeland Security FirstSource prime contractor. FCN completed the acquisition of the Federal assets of NetDirect Systems, LLC in April of 2011 and completed the novation process of the NetDirect FirstSource contract and existing delivery orders on July 15, 2011.
