Blake is the President and co-owner of F&F Screw Machine Products. He began working in a screw machine shop when he was only 15 years old then started working part-time at F&F Screw Machine Products in 1970 where he began buying into the company in 1972. In 1986 Blake assumed co-ownership of F&F along with Roger Duffy.
Roger is Secretary Treasure and co-owner of F&F Screw Machine Products. Roger started in 1986 and learned how to set up Brown & Sharpe screw machines right away under the guidance of Blake Slack who Roger will say is a "Screw Machine Wizard". Roger gives credit to the Lord for his God given talent in the screw machine and machining world. Because of His blessings he is now co-owner with Blake. Together they have diversified into other machining capabilities such as CNC machining centers and Wire EDM's
Floyd is a very accomplished set up technician with Brown & Sharpe, CNC Swiss, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill and EDM Wire. Floyd is our main programmer. Floyd is also involved in every day business, quoting, customer service, quality and scheduling.
Tammie started with F & F Screw Machine as a part-time employee in 2005 and became a full-time employee in 2006. Her responsibilities include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resource.
