Freedom Roofing Solutions is a commercial roofing company that wants to be a "problem solver" for our customers. We stress prompt and professional commercial roofing services during the inspection through job completion. We will solve your roof problems with the correct materials and keep your business budget demands in mind. We are client focused and service minded.
Freedom Roofing Solutions, Inc. can take care of your commercial or industrial roofing needs whether you need a complete reroof, a roof renovation, or just minor repairs. No job is too big or too small. If your roof has little or no slope, we can work with single-ply or modified bitumen membranes. For sloped roofs, we have experience with metal panels and asphalt shingles.
We can convert your flat roof to a pitched metal retro-fit with continuous standing seam panels. With a roof renovation, we can minimize future problems by removing obsolete equipment and penetrations as well as make necessary deck repairs. Freedom Roofing Solutions, Inc. can restore your roof via a fluid applied coating system. Most fluid applied systems are viewed by accountants as maintenance expenditures. This allows coating systems and their repairs to be tax deductible. They also increase the energy efficiency of your roof.
The typical fluid applied coating system application process begins with pressure washing the substrate at 3000 psi to insure a clean working surface. Any needed repairs are made to the substrate. It is then prepared for the coating by sealing exposed fasteners, laps, and seams. A base coat is applied before the final finish coat. Both roofs and vertical exterior walls can be treated with this type of system.

Are metal roofs Energy Star Approved?
Yes , Freedom Roofing only chooses Manufacturers who provide Energy Star Approved products. Many conventional roofing materials, asphalt shingles, for example, absorb energy from the sun. Metal, on the other hand reflects most of the sun's rays. At days end, metal also cools more quickly. As a result, the attic space remains cooler, as does the occupied space below. Conventional roofing materials tend to absorb and retain heat, therefore requiring more energy to maintain a cooler building.
