A 2nd generation roofer, it was only natural that following more than 10 years in the industry, Brad Hancock founded Hancock Roofing & Construction (2000) in his hometown of Roswell, Georgia (a Atlanta suburb).

After much success contracting, Hancock was fortunate enough to begin providing "higher & steeper" access and storm damage assessment, in the fledgling "ladder assist" program for Allstate Insurance Company in 2004. The writing was on the wall and Hancock stopped seeking contracting work in 2005 to devote efforts to the insurance industry.

Seven years later Hancock Roofing is a Local Business and National Catastrophe partner to many of the top insurance carriers in the industry. We currently staff offices in a growing list of traditional "storm ravaged" cities. We deploy our teams of highly experienced, HAAG trained, roof access athletes within 36 hours, anywhere in the continental United States. In addition to Cat level storms, our staff is available to local insurance agents for any of their roofing or everyday claim needs.
