Imaginal Education is a not-for-profit, 501c3 organization comprised of leading educators, technologists, brain researchers, and institutions that are passionate about developing cost effective solutions to propel schools, districts, and nations into today’s creative age.

We have a model of learning, called “Profound Learning”, which does what traditional education does not. Students attain high academic achievement, as well as become equipped with a powerful sense of self-purpose and the skills to make a difference in their world.
Profound Learning is a model for education that can be viewed as a ‘three-layered cake’ with student Ownership as the foundational layer, followed by Mastery and Innovation. The fourth layer, which focuses on the development of Future Ready skills, is the icing on the top as well as flowing between the other three layers.

The Profound Learning model has been developed at Master’s Academy & College, Alberta, Canada, founded in 1997 by Tom Rudmik.
