Order your own taste of Jamaica by ordering some of our authentic Jamaican Jerk Sauce. Our product is made right here in the USA with authenci spices and sesonsings from the Island. We take great care in ensuring that our product retains the orignal flavor and taste that we grew up with on Jamaica. Use a little bit of our jerk as a sauce or a marinade to bring a taste of the caribbean islands to your table! Don't forget to order some for a friend!

Jerk sauce marinade, in case you don't know what it is, is created with two main ingredients - Scotch Bonnet peppers and allspice. Jerk is how chicken in Jamaica and throughout the Caribbean is prepared. Jerk sauce marinade or just simply "Jerk" is also delicious on fish and other meats.

We have three "temperaments" to our product: medium, medium-hot and spicy hot. Be warned if you can not handle spicy foods then the spicy-hot jerk sauce may not be for you! Removing the scotch bonnet peppers from the recipe changes the flavor. Jerk is just not jerk without the heat!
