LIS Survey Technologies was established in 2006 as a Professional Land Surveying and Mapping company. Our home office is located in White Settlement, Texas. LIS is committed to upholding the ethics of the professional land surveying community and placing client needs at the forefront of our business.

Our goal is to be the most progressive and efficient land surveying and mapping company for our client. By maintaining a staff of dedicated professionals, we will be able to provide each client and project the quality, manpower and forward thinking ideas needed to fulfill any deadline.

LIS currently has a staff of 38 employees. This staff is managed by one General Manager and two Division Managers. We employee three Registered Professional Land Surveyors and one Professional Engineer. LIS can perform a vast range of services, from a mortgage survey to a 50, 000 acre boundary survey. We have the ability to mobilize to any part of the country and create field offices to see any project from inception to completion. With the help of our versatile field staff, we can mobilize up to 16 crews. By using the latest technology in the GPS community we maintain a very versatile field operation. LIS has a CAD department of 20 operators We can complete any and all CAD needs, from well location and unit plats to 500 lot subdivisions.
