We sell and install a hi-performance fabric ceiling system. If you are familiar with the large steel hoop buildings (Cover-All, We-Cover or similar) with the see-thru roof systems – the triply product is very similar except it has an extra coating on the one side to prevent the see-thru and provides a bright reflective solution for interior applications. Made from high density polyethylene tapes and coated on two sides with low density polyethylene, the woven multi-layer effect with the coatings included, gives it outstanding strength and durability. Insulation is often blown on top of this ceiling system. This is probably the most cost-effective ceiling and insulation value on the market.

The engineered fabric ceiling system is a reflective thermal and vapor barrier that can withstand the rigors of confinement building corrosives, while protecting the truss gussets and metal roofing above the ceiling. It is easily washable, and with insulation above, has sound-reducing qualities that enhance human and animal comfort and health. The ceiling fabric is stretched across the bottom of the trusses and supported by 600 lb strength polyester bands, and then gets a premium white trim on the bottom of each truss and around the perimeter. At near 200 psi rating, it’ll easily support insulation above.

Bird control is a priority in many agricultural buildings with outside access. The triply system is tight and easily strong enough to prevent bird penetration, which reduces the amount of feed-loss and dirt that goes along with high bird populations and nesting.
