MovePlan has been planning and managing moves and workplace change in the United States since 2005. While our main hubs are New York, Boston, Detroit, Chicago and San Diego, we have successfully deployed our team across the United States. The MovePlan Group originates from the United Kingdom where it was formed in 1986 by our current President, Cathy Ridley. Our CEO, Suki Reilly is based in the United States. The MovePlan Group is now a leading global move and change management consultancy with offices in the US, the UK, Ireland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. Projects have also been undertaken in mainland Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Our services range from feasibility studies, creation of a blueprint of the 'vision', to comprehensive change and move management programs, surveys and workshops, right through to detailed records management, integrated workspace management (IWMS), space planning exercises and the management of specialist vendors. The result is a seamless transfer of business to the new way of working (and new location if appropriate), at minimum cost and with no adverse effects on trading operations, staff morale or corporate image.
