t My Personal Health Safe (MyPHS), we are focused on championing the rights of the consumer/patient to own, and maintain complete control of their Personal Health Record. We believe that every patient has the right to store, share, authorize, receive notification of exchange, and track their personal health information.We are equally passionate about the need to provide better health care through an improved, more accurate, meaningful, and efficient exchange of health information.

Our goal is to build a Personal Health Record (PHR) system that will allow patients to manage their personal health information in a safe, secure, and simple environment that seamlessly integrates into the newly emerging Healthcare Information Exchange (HIE) landscapes. By working with and participating in both public and private programs, like the eHealth Exchange (run by the non-profit Healtheway, Inc.), we continue to advocate our "Patient Centric" values and contribute in the collaborative effort to create policies and procedures that will facilitate a trusted, secure and interoperable exchange of health information that will undoubtedly enhance the "quality of care" and "health outcomes" for every patient.
