Company Summary

New Orleans Copper has become a specialized provider of bending services for the oil and gas industry. The company is equipped to bend any size pipe from 1/2" - 36" diameter pipe through any one of three methods; cold hydraulic bending, induction bending and hot slab bending. All bends adhere to ANSI Standards. We specialize in one piece expansion loops, compound bends, offsets, spools, coiling and natural gas pipelines. All pipe bends from 20" - 36" are fabricated with the use of internal mandrels to maintain the integrity of the pipe. Our material capabilities include carbon steel-A106B seamless and ERW; 4130 carbon steel, 304 and 316 stainless steel pipe, aluminum and galvanized pipe, and alloys such as copper, copper-nickel, Inconel, P11 and P12 . We also roll structural steel, i.e., plate, angle iron, channel, and I beam. We provide additional services such as FBE coating, ultrasonic testing, stress relieving and heat treatments upon request. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 7:30AM - 4 PM - however we operate a 24/7 emergency service after hours and on weekends.
