COMMERCIAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE
Payne Landscaping, Inc. is experienced in the design, care and upkeep of commercial properties (Fine cut & Industrial mowing). Services include weekly mowing, edging, litter removal and string line trimming. We also offer spring and fall cleanup, shrub pruning turf management and vegetation control. A few of our loyal customers are Sodexo-Detroit Public Schools and The City of Detroit-Manoogian Mansion. We also specialize in Bush-hog, freeway slopes and field/Acreage mowing.Services include cutting tall, out of control grass and weeds from large areas, litter removal and string line trimming. Some of our clients are Detroit Economic Development Corp. and the City of Detroit-GSD in which we are responsible for cutting vacant lots on the east side of Detroit. We also contract with the State of Michigan - MDOT in which we are responsible for cutting the high profile areas (downtown loop & I-94 freeways).

COMMERCIAL SNOW PLOWING AND DE-ICING
Not only are we experienced in grounds maintenance, we are equally experienced in snow removal and de-icing. Weather management is a part of our winter program. During our winter season, Payne Landscaping offers around the clock snow removal services. Our experienced staff are on call and ready to expeditiously provide safe walkways, parking areas and roads. Our expert team of technicians keep our fleet and equipment in tip top condition so that we are on the road consistently servicing our customers. Our current customers are Detroit Public Schools and The City of Detroit Emergency snow.
