Web Cleaning and Sheet Cleaning is accomplished with Polymag(R) Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR) that are a tacky roll or particle transfer roll (PTR).

Contact Cleaning Rolls (CCR's) or particle transfer rolls (PTR's) clean more efficiently than conventional non-contact cleaning devices such as vacuum, ultrasonic, brush and vacuum or cloth wipe methods.

Polymag systems are made to specific customer web cleaning or sheet cleaning specifications. CCR's can be made from existing customer idler rolls or custom designed for a unique substrate cleaning system.

Particles less than 1 micron in size are easily removed with Polymag(R) Contact Cleaning Rolls. Our web cleaners offer better value and higher performance than competing systems such as ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum collection systems.

Our Thin Film Sheet Cleaner effectively removes particulate contamination as small as 1 micron from sheet substrates as thin as .001".
