Swedesboro, NJ September 9, 2005 -- Distribution Solutions International and Priority Air Express LLC today announced that they are joining to form a new company, Priority Solutions International. The new entity will be a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Arsenal invests in established middle-market manufacturing, business services and healthcare sector companies.

Priority Air Express is a non-asset based logistics company that provides pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers with regulatory compliant premium distribution services including controlled substances and emergency response services. In addition to healthcare services, Priority Air Express offers international, and airfreight services. Priority Air Express operates a warehouse near their headquarters in the Philadelphia area as well as facilities in Chicago and Los Angeles.

Distribution Solutions International is a non-asset based logistics company providing complete and regulatory compliant supply chain solutions to the pharmaceutical, airline and general transportation industries. Last Mile services include the local delivery of a wide variety of products to the final consignee, typically at residential addresses. In addition to their Traverse City, Michigan headquarters, DSI operates a state of the art warehouse and distribution center in Memphis, TN.
