Red Oak Development Llc was established in 2007. The company has two separate and distinct activities, advance glide technologies in winter sports equipment and real estate.

Advance glide technologies has lead to product development in alpine glide wax using Teflon and a specialized application process. This activity has produced development 2010 leading to a patent filing which is expected to be awarded 2012. In parallel the companies has been conducting research and development with ceramics in this field. Red Oak successfully completed field testing which produced a 2012 National Champion and 4 time NASTAR Champion. The new material is described as an Extremely Low Friction Surface, (ELFS). Red Oak has also provide the US Snowboarding Team with a prototype first generation SBX race board. Red Oak is expected to ship a Gen 2 product for testing with ELFS to the US Team fall 2012. The new material will have a very broad range of use in commercial and possible military applications. This will position Red Oak to be the leader in this technology.

Second activity for Red Oak is real estate development. Unusual combination however Red Oak General Manager has back ground to fully support both efforts. This would growth opportunities for two non competing markets. Red Oak has secured their first property, competed renovations, and will market.
