Roof Systems of Virgnia, Inc. was incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1993. We are a licensed Virginia Class A Contractor, Classifications CIC, HIC and SWaM Certified. We are fully insured, bonded and D&B rated.



Our Management Team

Malcolm L. Nunn, Jr.



President/CEO



Beginning his career in the roofing industry in 1985, Malcolm rose rapidly from field superintendent to project manager and within two years, was promoted to general manager. In 1993, he founded Roof Systems of Virginia, Inc. His leadership and personal integrity have helped make Roof Systems of Virginia one of the nation's top roofing contractors. He attended East Carolina University, North Carolina State University and Old Dominion University.



Joseph W. Blanks, Jr.



Vice President of Pre-Construction Services



Joey directs our pre-construction services and implements our Total Quality Management Program. He has extensive computer and technological expertise, making him an integral part of the Roof Systems team since 1994. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Management Science and an emphasis in computer-based design support systems.



Richey Crusen



Vice President of Operations



With a career in roofing that spans 25 years, Richey learned the industry from the ground up. One of our original employees, he currently supervises field operations, which involves overseeing 150 employees in the field.



Charles "Randy" Fralin



Director of Roof Asset Management



Responsible for account development, Randy focuses on the Roof Asset Management program. Prior to joining Roof Systems of Virginia in 2006 as a commercial sales representative, he had been in the roofing industry for 25 years. Sixteen of those years, he worked as a Johns Manville territory manager. He graduated from Elon College, Class of 1981.



Safety

Protecting the health and safety of our employees and minimizing property loss are paramount to Roof Systems of Virginia. From our inception, we have been a leader in formulating and following sound safety practices. Our superintendents, foremen and crews focus on the safety and security of individuals, company assets and work processes. Integral to this commitment, new employees are required to attend a safety training orientation before starting work. Once on-site, each foreman conducts weekly safety meetings to define and implement safe procedures and practices.
