Alchemyworks was founded by Sandra Smith, M.Div., who teaches and consults throughout the country using the Enneagram system. She completed the Enneagram certification process with David Daniels, MD and Helen Palmer and is an Affiliate of the Association of Enneagram Teachers in the Narrative Tradition and mentors candidates for certification in the Enneagram Professional Training Program. Sandra received her M.Div. from Candler School of Theology at Emory University where she graduated with honors. She has a B.S. in Business from Wake Forest University and completed the nonprofit management program through Duke University.

The certification process with the Enneagram Studies in the Narrative Tradition (www.enneagramworldwide.com) offered Sandra numerous experiences in assessing personality type and witnessing panel interviews of people speaking from their own understanding of how type plays out in daily life. Through this two-year process, Sandra gained a better understanding of the subtle nuances of each of the nine types as well as an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the Enneagram system as a whole.
