SBI additionally completed an affordable housing project in Pagosa Springs Colorado. SBI received Builder of the Year for their work on Trevvett Court, a senior housing podium in downtown Carmel and received accolades on their 77 unit multi-family project in Redlands. SBI has over $110M in completed and active construction projects and has references from every client.
