      • We actually only installed the fireplace and the chimney The Face was installed by another contractor but it sure looks nice with the 25 foot ceiling.
      • Look at this sleek looking modern unit. It is a wood burning Stove.
      • Notice this fireplace is sitting on the floor and is not very pretty? Check out the next picture to see what we have done.
      • Actually it is in the same home but we upgraded the fireplace to a direct vent gas. We raised the hearth, added a one piece limestone hearth top, a one piece limestone mantel, and applied a natural st
      • Here is a small sign made from precast concrete with split face limestone piers at each end.
      • SO this is a wood burning fireplace that is sealed from the room with a glass door that raises up when you want to add to the fire. The heat radiates from the unit and also out the vents you see insta
      • This is a gas fired fireplace we installed recently. It is in a commercial building and will not burn you if you accidentally touch it. But, it is a real fire. Stay tuned for pictures of finished prod We installed the foundations, stone piers and wooden posts for our portion of this sign. We installed the hearth stove and flue system in this photo Here is another wood burning fireplace insert we installed this winter. we also added a stainless steel chimney liner for better draw, and more efficient burning. Dave and I installed this wood burning insert into an existing masonry fireplace and added a stainless steel chimney liner We did all the framing, installed the fireplace, cut the hole in the roof, built a chase around the chimney, laid the stone and hearth. We actually tore this chimney down and rebuilt it, adding a new crown and flashing Here is a room addition we actually had to lay different types of brick and blend them together to match the rest of the house We worked with Duncans Fireplace and patio on the install of this fireplace and veneer stone. This chimney had a metal cap that began to rust . Also when the cap is flush with the sides of the chimney water ran down and deteriorated the brick We removed all bad brick, removed metal cap and poured concrete cap that overhangs This foundation wall was bowing and about to collapse. We laid a block wall that was reinforced with re-bar and concrete, back filled behind it to prevent any further movement in foundation The steps were old, brick were braking, mortar was rotting away Chimney was leaking in to home from metal chimney cap. We took off metal and installed a new concrete cap Notice the dark joints in this picture. The entire chimney was painted white. Over time moisture got through and deteriorated the mortar. We ground out loose mortar, tuck-pointed in with white mortar and sealed with a breathable sealer These lintels were rusting and swelling causing cracks in masonry This is a picture of a new lintel with flashing membrane that has been fastened to the wall at the top, and sealed so no water can get behind. We actually removed and replaced the lintels above picture window and glass block window. We color matched the mortar and reused brick for best match This chimney needed to be torn down to the roof line and re built After demo and replacement of the masonry we installed a new cap and sealed entire chimney. We removed and replaced top 3' of chimney and installed a new cap When brick are stepped in on the top of a chimney it causes a lot of problems Proper chimney installation This sign is constructed of solid masonry with a manufactured stone veneer, and poured in place concrete caps This is stage 1 of installing wood burning insert this is step 2 of installing insert This is stage 3 of installing insert We tore out wood and window sills, toothed out the block and filled in the opening We installed an electric log fireplace and oak cabinet. Beautiful choice! We demoed the old unit and fireplace face. We installed new We cut out the carpet, installed a 600 pound piece of limestone as a hearth, full bed Missouri ledge stone wall protection, and wood burning stove with chimney. We removed the entire chimney and liner system, then we replaced it This is the after picture once we removed the entire chimney and re-installed it, We removed top 6 courses and replaced 4 and added a crown with 2 stainless steel chimney caps It was a lot of work just to get to the top of the chimney We ground out old mortar, tuck-pointed in new, washed and sealed chimney and added a new crown. We did a grind and tuck, new crown, and sealed with a 10yr masonry sealer We added a new crown, changed the top flue liner, new flashing, 10 yr breathable sealer We removed the top and sides of this porch just leaving the fill in place, and laid new brick all the way around and on top. We washed all the new masonry and sealed it with a 10 year breathable mason this fireplace is made of Indiana rubble. The hearth came from a creek bed in Green county. We actually hand carved the hearth, no saw cut edges here all natural. The mantel is constructed from struct This is what the chimney looked like when we pulled up on the job. We chemically washed the brick, and added a dew chimney crown as well as a couple other things. If I didn't see ti with my own eyes, I would not believe this is the same chimney. There was no sidewalk here when we got on the job. We cut out the sod and put in this beautiful sidewalk from the drive winding around the flower beds and to the patio in the back yard. This chimney had so much damage it was not able to be saved. We took down the old chimney and hauled it away. This is a picture of the one we put in it's place. almost perfect brick and mortar match. This is before we ground and tuck-pointed, washed with a carbon remover and sealed with a breathable masonry sealer This is the same brick as the previous picture once we were done restoring it! We actually dug out the soil, cut holes in the wall and installed the windows, trim, and window wells. this is a sign base it will soon have an illuminated sign in the center this is an elevator pit to install an elevator from the basement to the 2nd floor of a home This is an outdoor fire place. If fits in well with his new deck. after deck is stained we will post more pictures of the entire project. Looking forward to adding to this start of an outdoor kitchen
