Sustainable Group founder and CEO, Roger Wykle PE, LEED AP, PMP, CFM is a retired U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Commander, and an industry leader in sustainable project delivery and facility management practices. Mr. Wykle is also a major proponent of energy conservation and was integral in the successful execution of the first-ever Energy Savings Performance Contract for the USCG in Alameda, CA, along with the implementation of hundreds of energy conservation measures (ECMs) along the West Coast.
More recently, Mr. Wykle served as the Senior Project Director for the site construction of two solar plants in support of Pacific Gas and Electric's 250-MW Solar Program. In addition, as Commanding Officer of USCG Civil Engineering Unit, Honolulu, HI, Mr. Wykle directed an extensive solar panel installation project at Coast Guard Station Kauai, and was a leader in the solar initiative during the U. S. Army Public/Private Venture (PPV) at the former USCG Red Hill Housing Area.
