Cross Systems friendly staff will visit with a client to determine what needs, wants, and desires exist, then take that information and design turn-key system solutions specifically tailored for that client. From there, Cross Systems professional installation technicians will install all products for that project in a timely manner, while maintaining a clean and usable environment.

Once the project has been installed, Cross Systems personnel will train and educate the client on the functionality and use of their new systems. After the project has been completed, Cross Systems staff will field service calls and provide technical support as needed. All projects carry a one-year warranty with them, against all workmanship. In the event that a system should fail due to workmanship issues, Cross Systems staff will return to the project site for repair or replacement as determined by the attending technician.
