In early 2010, Transliquid Technologies became an formal organization in the state of Texas. As a start up company geared towards the new industry of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), we faced many early challenges. The company had a strong vision from the early days, and we were fortunate enough to have good initial traction. Our biggest competitive advantage has been and continues to be in the ability to adapt and change.

Our story truly begins here, with our team. We are a group of passionate individuals who are ready to break the status quo. We, Transliquid Technologies, believe in embracing our own. We trust and believe that every person in our organization makes a significant difference not only in our daily business activities but they also touch us personally. We carved our beginnings having zero knowledge, and no brand. We did things under impossible odds and we continue to do just that; we have the courage to change on the fly, by improvising and innovating. In the early days, Transliquid was organized by chaos, each one of us having to do eight different jobs. It was hard work that came from the gut, very intuitive, and we gave it all we had.

Fast forward to 2012, we have now created a unique culture within our organization. One that embraces change, creativity, loyalty, and the drive to go against the grain by infusing new ideologies in how we do business.
