Covencaucho was formed in 1959, in South America manufacturing inner tubes, and solid rubber tires in our modern manufacturing facilities. Mr. Ferdinando De Filippo, our founder, had a vision to provide the highest quality rubber products, using the latest equipment and materials; his dream has come to pass, and today Covencaucho supplies all major tire manufactures in South America, and the majority of US tire distributors (through Tube and Solid Tire and the Dobermann Tire Company) top quality, on time service, with professional people to keep our business functioning that way year after year.



Tube and Solid Tire was formed in 1999, at San Antonio, Texas with the brand name DOBERMANN printed on our inner tubes, and solid rubber tires, which is a registered trade mark. Dobermann Tire Company (our sister company was formed in 1990 in Miami, Florida. Our inner tubes and solid rubber tires are manufactured by our Parent Company, Covencaucho in South America.
