Vi-Tel management past experience: The Vi-Tel management team has firsthand experience running projects and the scheduling and deployment of field personnel.

HOW IT WORKS
Work order form: We would need the following information on a work order form.

Specific Skill Set Required.
Start Date.
Location.
Duration of the Project.
Travel Required.
Tools Needed.
Any Special Instructions.
When the employee arrives on site they would be under your company's supervision: The employee would work under the direction of you and your company's onsite foreman. The onsite foreman would keep track of the employees hours each week and turn in the hours to your office for approval. The appropriate manager would review and send to Vi-Tel the approved hours each week on Monday by 2:pm CST.

Vi-Tel partners with Employers Solutions Staffing Group to act as the employer of record for our recruits. ESSG pays the employees the approved hours each week plus takes care of:

Withholding Tax
Employee and Employer FICA
FUTA
Workmen's Comp Insurance
Unemployment insurance
Healthcare Compliance
All child support, tax levy's etc.
All Recruiting Expenses Including All Drug and Background Screening
Vi-Tel would then invoice your organization a flat hourly rate.
