Voice Solutions of Ohio, LLC |Dictation Warehouse. Our corporate headquarters are in Central Ohio. Established in 2001, we offer online sales, service and esupport through our website. Sorry we do not offer a walk-in store.

Our staff offers you over 30 years of experience in the speech-processing and digital-dictation industries. We know which products will perform well and which products will serve your needs for years to come.

In order to provide you with a large in-stock inventory, orders are processed and shipped from our Ohio warehouse or one of nine other warehouses located throughout the United States and Canada. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed by 3:00pm or the next working day otherwise, and standard delivery to your door is usually within 2 days from date of order.

Our pull down shipping rates takes the hassle out of estimating shipping cost and USA standard shipping is always free on orders of $75.00 or more.

The website's sales are mainly focused on sales to the United Sates. We can also sell some products to Canada and other countries and our cart is set up to process your order.

Professional products from Olympus and Philips can not be sold outside the USA. This is due to our contract with these manufactures; they want you to purchase within your country so you can have local support and warranty coverage.
