The family owned and operated over 200 quick-serve food restaurants in the Midwest United States, including stores of the largest food franchises in the world. This experience brought
to light the ineffectiveness customer experience collection techniques were
having on these brands' store-level and corporate operations.


Large fast food and quick serve restaurant chains have a deep desire to collect as much
customer experience information as possible. However, customers of these stores have spoken
and they just don't like the current feedback methods these companies offer! Yella
not only does a better job than the competition in getting higher customer response rates,
but Yella's mobile application and data mining techniques allows quick-serve restaurant
chains to get more in-depth information about their valued customers.
